Notes:
Dancers must arrive at the school within 1 hour of their first routine with hair and makeup done! If you need help with hair and make up, please plan on arriving at least 90 minutes before your first routine.
I would like as many dancers to be to ALL the routines they can be to cheer on the other teams. All dancers must attend awards. I have included the solo, duet and trio schedule for Friday evening too. There will be no classes Friday, I would like lots of our teammates there that are already there to cheer our dancers on. 
You will need to wear: your tan tights (NO underwear), a black team shirt or a plain black shirt or tank top or your company outfits, and your team warm-ups. (Please make sure your warm-ups are clean!) We will be wearing our warm-ups for awards too. 
Please make sure you have ALL costumes and props before leaving for competition. 
Competition is at Maple Mountain High School in Spanish Fork: 51 N. 2550 E.
Admission fees: $7 one day pass for teens & adults, $5 one day pass for children ages 3 - 12, $10 two day pass for teens & adults, $7 two day pass for children ages 3 - 12. $2 printed program. Wristbands issued to general public. Team uniforms/costumes are proof for free entry for dancers.
We will be competing in the main gym. Solos/duets/trios will be on the stage and the main gym. Please look at the schedule for info.
At the check in table you will ask where our dressing room is. We will keep all costumes, bags and props in this room. We must also keep this room clean and in good order. If someone is found vandalizing or being destructive, you will be charged a minimum of $75 for cleaning and repair. Please keep this schedule with you! Be ON TIME and ready to go when it is time. Your team SHOULD NOT ever wait for you…Double check to make sure you have ALL items before you leave home.

* any medications you may need to take during the day

Picture day info

Picture day is the week of April 28th - May 1st. Pictures will be held during regular class times. We will do ALL dances (Jazz, lyrical, show & hip hop). Solos, duets and trio pictures may be taken as well during your regular times. ALL classes (INCLUDING MAMAS) will have their pictures done. Hair and makeup can be done however you would like. I do suggest you wear makeup, so you don't look washed out. Bring all shoes, hair pieces, accessories and costumes. NO cameras will be allowed in the dance room. We will be changing right in the dance room so no boys or too many other children if possible. Below is the order form. You can print it off here, I will be emailing it as well, or you can fill it out when you get there. (Stars on location pictures still to be determined.)
