Notes:

·         Dancers must arrive at least 1 hour prior to their first routine time with hair and make-up done. If you need to finish hair or make-up, then you need to arrive earlier than 1 hour before your performance time! (Ex.: Super Stars must arrive at school NO later than 8:00 am.) ALL dancers must attend awards.

·         You will need to wear: your tan tights (NO underwear), a black team shirt or a plain black shirt or tank top, and your team warm-ups. We will be wearing our warm-ups for awards too. If you do not have warm-ups, then the black shirt with blue jeans. (I do have warm-ups available for purchase.)

·         Please make sure you have ALL costumes and props before leaving for competition.

·         Competition is at Maple Mountain High School in Spanish Fork: 51 N. 2250 E. in Spanish Fork. Please leave yourself plenty of travel time. Mapquest the address if you need to. (Mapquest says it takes about 35 minutes, so please plan accordingly.) Give yourself plenty of time to get to the school. You should be in the dressing room 1 hour before, not in the parking lot or still driving…

·         No admission fee for dancers, costume is “proof of entrance”. Spectators admission prices: $5/adult and teens for one day pass, $3/child ages 3 – 12 yrs. for one day pass, $8/adult and teen 2-day pass, $4/child 3 – 12 yrs. for 2-day pass, 3 yrs and under free. (Although children 3 and younger are admitted free, we do not recommend bringing small children. They are hard to handle and getting them to “sit” for a long period of time is difficult. And having them in the dressing room is difficult too. We understand if you do not have other options. Just know that it can be difficult.)

·         We will be competing in the main gym. We will NOT be competing in the auditorium. Our awards will also be in the main gym. Also, please note the numbers, odd numbers will face one direction and even numbers will face the opposite way in the gym. If you want to watch all the dances from the front, you will need to switch according to the dance number.

·         We do not know yet where our dressing room is. When you come in you can ask at the admission table and they will tell you. We will keep all costumes, bags and props in the dressing room. We must also keep it clean and in good order. If someone is found vandalizing or being destructive, you will be charged a minimum of $75 for cleaning and repair.
