Notes:
Dancers must arrive at the school within 1 hour of their first routine with hair and makeup done! If you need help with hair and make up, please plan on arriving at least 90 minutes before your first routine. Doors open at 8:30 am. 
I would like as many dancers to be to ALL the routines they can be to cheer on the other teams. All dancers must attend awards. I have included the solo, duet and trio schedule for Saturday morning too. There WILL be classes Friday for Supers and Star Burst!! 
You will need to wear: your tan tights (NO underwear), a black team shirt or a plain black shirt or tank top or your company outfits, and your team warm-ups. (Please make sure your warm-ups are clean!) We will be wearing our warm-ups for awards too. 
Please make sure you have ALL costumes and props before leaving for competition. 

Competition is at Payson High School in Payson: 1050 S. Main St. Take exit 248 in Payson (Walmart exit). Turn East onto 10900 S. Stay on this road (about 1.2 miles, just past the street light) and then turn right (south) onto Main Street. The school will be on the right (west) side of the road about 3 blocks down. the parking lot is on the south side o the school. 
Admission fees: $5 per person, children 5 & under free. Team uniforms/costumes are proof for free entry for dancers.
Our dressing room is the boys locker room, down stairs. I have attached a map of the school so you can see the dressing rooms and the gym. We will keep all costumes, bags and props in this room. We must also keep this room clean and in good order. If someone is found vandalizing or being destructive, you will be charged a minimum of $75 for cleaning and repair. Please keep this schedule with you! Be ON TIME and ready to go when it is time. Your team SHOULD NOT ever wait for you…Double check to make sure you have ALL items before you leave home. 
Due to the quick changes, dancers MUST be aware of where they need to be, especially the older girls. We as teachers will be running around CRAZY trying to get teams where they need to be (you can see that there are many dances that are back to back, or super close.) I need the older classes to be pro-active and get their teams together to stretch, practice, and be ready on the floor lined up 3 numbers before their own. 
Items to pack in your dance bag:
* 1 -2 pairs of extra tights
* blush
* lipstick
* mascara
* black eyeliner
* eye shadows
* false eyelashes
* eyelash glue
* tweezers
* base
* nail polish remover and cotton pads
* hair spray
* bobby pins (to match your hair color)
* baby wipes
* extra pony tail holders
* Chap Stick
* lotion
* deodorant
* q-tips
* hair brush/comb
* water bottle
* snacks (fruit snacks, granola bars, nuts, etc.)
* A few dollars
* band-aids
* safety pins
* feminine hygiene products
* ibuprofen/tylenol
* any medications you may need to take during the day
* All costume accessories
